YOUR TASKS

In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and ensuring the smooth operation of office IT systems at our locations in the Cologne area. You will also provide on-site support to our specialists in areas such as network, virtualization, backup, and security.

You will optimize IT onboarding processes and the provision of IT workstations, as well as conference, presentation, and communication systems.

As the main point of contact for site-specific IT matters, you will act as the interface between individual IT departments, service providers, and users.
