YOUR ROLE:

We are currently seeking a Development Engineer (m/f/d) - Future Mobile Working Machines for commercial vehicles such as tractors, self-propelled work machines, forklifts, construction machinery, and special vehicles at our location in Neuss.

You will be responsible for planning and technical management of series, predevelopment, and research projects from component and system integration to the development of complete vehicles.
You will also be responsible for creating and tracking work package and milestone plans, as well as coordinating with internal departments and external parties.
You will participate in budgeting and conduct technical acceptance tests for release recommendations.
You will also create feasibility studies, specifications, cost estimates, and target cost tracking, taking into account legal framework conditions for small and medium series production.
You will be responsible for defining, designing, and shaping future electrified vehicle architectures.
You will develop overall vehicle systems, future vehicle and system functions such as energy and thermal management, etc., and contribute to new innovative concepts and business ideas.
