Responsibilities
  • Assisting in the planning and implementation of nursing and educational measures

Requirements
  • High school diploma (Fachoberschulreife) and completion of a relevant vocational training, e.g. two-year vocational school in the field of social and health care, specializing in childcare or social assistance or care for people with disabilities
Alternatives:
  • Two-year vocational school in social and health care (basic vocational knowledge)
  • Vocational training in a non-social field, if the training is relevant for work in the social sector
  • High school diploma and proof of one year of work in the social sector
  • Technical college entrance qualification with internship in social/health care
  • At least five years of relevant work experience
As well as a confirmation of a place at the Lebenshilfe NRW Berufskolleg gGmbH in Hürth or at the IWK in Cologne.
