What can you expect?

• You will be the interface between our clients and IT or SAP specialists and executives
• You will generate new candidates through active sourcing and maintain close contact with candidates and companies in the region
• You will make the phone ring and provide enthusiastic advice
• You will convince companies in a defined economic region with tailored personnel placements
• You will accompany the entire application process - from qualification and interview preparation to contract signing and follow-up, you will be the contact person for your candidates and companies
• You will be an active part in contract negotiations with our clients

What should you bring?

• You have at least 3 years of experience in personnel consulting and additional experience in sales would be an advantage
• You ideally have a successfully completed degree in business administration or a related discipline
• You are passionate about sales and want to climb the career ladder in this direction
• You are quick-witted, articulate, and persuasive
• You have fluent German skills and the ability to approach people openly and winningly
