Senior Account Manager in personnel consulting - Mount Royal, United States - Thunderbolt
Description
What can you expect?
- You will be the interface between our clients and IT or SAP specialists and executives
- You will generate new candidates through active sourcing and maintain close contact with candidates and companies in the region
- You will make the phone ring and provide enthusiastic advice
- You will convince companies in a defined economic region with tailored personnel placements
- You will accompany the entire application process - from qualification and interview preparation to contract signing and follow-up, you will be the contact person for your candidates and companies
- You will be an active part in contract negotiations with our clients
What should you bring?
- You have at least 3 years of experience in personnel consulting and additional experience in sales would be an advantage
- You ideally have a successfully completed degree in business administration or a related discipline
- You are passionate about sales and want to climb the career ladder in this direction
- You are quick-witted, articulate, and persuasive
- You have fluent German skills and the ability to approach people openly and winningly
- You have your own story, which we are excited to hear. Show us your successful strategies and results through previous projects
