Your tasks:

You will be responsible for the support and technical consulting of our existing customer base with a focus on "automation technology" - possibly also beyond your assigned territory - and will play a key role in building optimal customer relationships.
You will actively and independently develop and expand your sales territory, and participate in defining and implementing growth and sales strategies.
You will identify and provide input on customer requirements, and work with product management and R&D to develop appropriate solutions.
You will conduct market research to expand market and competition analysis.
You will represent our company at trade fairs - sometimes for multiple days.
You will actively participate in and contribute to the establishment of our first field sales team in the region.

You have a degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering with electrical knowledge, mechatronics, industrial engineering, or a comparable qualification.
You have several years of professional and industry experience in the industrial sector, particularly in the areas of automation technology, robotics and control technology, and mechanical engineering, including related sales and commercial aspects.
You are committed, self-motivated, goal-oriented, and proactive.
You have strong communication skills and enjoy working in a team.
You are able to document your work effectively.
