About the Role:

As the Head of Operations for Germany, you will oversee all kitchen operations in the country. Your main responsibility will be to ensure that all kitchen operations run smoothly across all locations.

You will work closely with the management team to develop and implement strategies that support our growth and success, while also being accountable for achieving operational goals, managing budgets, and ensuring that all staff and technology are ready for expansion.


Your Daily Tasks:


  • Manage and oversee all kitchen operations processes in existing and new markets in Germany.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies that align with our growth objectives.
  • Create and manage budgets for all kitchen operations, ensuring expenses are within budget and revenue targets are met.
  • Establish and implement policies and procedures to maintain consistent quality and service across all locations.
  • Build and lead a highperforming team of City Managers in Germany to ensure efficient and effective kitchen operations.
  • Monitor and analyze key metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
