Overview:
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Home Care Aides. As a Home Care Aide, you will provide essential support and assistance to clients in their homes. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of others.


Duties:

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding if necessary
• Provide medication reminders and assist with medication management
• Perform light housekeeping tasks including laundry, cleaning, and organizing
• Accompany clients to appointments and outings
• Engage in meaningful conversations and provide emotional support
• Observe and report any changes in client's condition or behavior

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in caregiving or a related field is required
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation is required
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening is required
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients
• Compassionate, patient, and understanding demeanor
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions

Job Type:
Part-time


Pay:
From $20.00 per hour


Expected hours:
No less than 16 per week
