- Greet and welcome guests.
- Check guests in and out.
- Provide guests with information about the hotel and the surrounding area.
- Answer guest questions and resolve any issues.
- Process payments and handle refunds.
- Maintain the front desk area and keep it clean and organized.
- Assist other front desk staff members as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- No experience needed but appreciated.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently under pressure
- Ability to handle multiple tasks at the same time
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Morning: 7:00am – 3:00 pm
- Evening: 3:00 pm – 11:00 pm
- Night: 11:00 pm – 7:00 am
- Mid: 12:00 pm – 8:00 pm

Summary:
The Front Desk Clerk is responsible for greeting and welcoming guests, checking them in and out, and providing them with information about the hotel and the surrounding area. They must be able to provide excellent customer service and ensure that guests have a positive experience. They must also be able to work quickly and efficiently, and they must be able to handle multiple tasks at the same time.
Please note this location is not yet open so some help with setting up and being flexibility is required.
