PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: HIRING FOR TWO DIFFERENT POSITIONS
Warehouse Clerical Clerk:
Responsible for maintaining accurate inventory, shipment and merchandise records. Required to assist with warehouse organization to maintain safety and orderliness at all times. Computer knowledge including Microsoft suite, word, excel.
Reads schedules, orders, or requisitions to determine items to be moved, shipped, gathered, distributed or staged for further handling. Coordinates with payroll to answer questions regarding employee hour and sick days.
Warehouse Traffic and Routing Clerk:
Main responsibilities to work with customer service to route major customers accordingly.
Communicate with trucking companies to set up pick up times.
Computer knowledge including Microsoft suite, word and excel.
Requirements:
Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed
QUALIFICATIONS:
Three (3) months or more related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
The employee is regularly required to use sit, walk, have vision abilities, use hands, reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear.
The employee is occasionally required to lift boxes in excess of 50 pounds.
