About us:


As a Customer & Agent-Experience Manager, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, implementing, and optimizing various customer management processes throughout the customer journey.

You will approach these processes from a customer perspective and also keep an eye on customer service and management processes, including necessary capacities.

You will act as a liaison and point of contact for other departments in the areas of process design, requirement definition, implementation, and control within the order-to-cash process chain.

By creating process documentation and conducting regular trainings, you will ensure a high level of service quality for our internal and external teams.

You will also manage and configure individual system components in our system environment and coordinate with external (IT) service providers.

Your day will be completed with the implementation, configuration, and further development of various AI solutions.

Your passion for this topic will be utilized in training models, as well as in building system interfaces and coordinating with our partner departments.
