Your tasks:

In this interesting area of responsibility, you will be responsible for the design and project planning of lighting systems.
You will work on various topics such as LED technology, underwater lighting, light design, ambiance and entertainment lighting, and more.
You will also create specifications and design documents for different lighting systems.
In addition, you will be responsible for evaluating and coordinating lighting designs from suppliers and engineering offices.
You will participate in negotiations with shipowners, classification societies, authorities, and suppliers, evaluate offers, and provide decision recommendations.
Close coordination with other departments (furnishing, architects, etc.) is very important for all these tasks.

You have a successful degree in an engineering field (preferably electrical engineering) or a comparable degree with professional experience.
You preferably have experience in the above-mentioned field of tasks.
Extensive knowledge in the field of lighting systems and LED technology is desirable.
Knowledge in shipbuilding or the maritime industry is advantageous.
Flexibility, creativity, team spirit, and
good English skills in spoken and written form complete your profile.
Reliability and a confident appearance are important for this area of responsibility.
