Looking for a
Performance & Engagement Specialist who will collaborate with the Performance and Engagement Manager and HR Business Partners to develop sustainable processes.


What will I do in this job?

  • Use analytics in performance management and use engagement data.
  • Partner across the organization to implement data findings into key engagement, retention, and inclusion actions that will help the organization continuously improve our culture.
  • Support the execution of an enterprisewide engagement survey and the rollout of a new performance management process.
  • Coordinate training programs and employee learning labs around performance management process.
  • Partner with key stakeholders in HRIS and segments to continuously improve metrics and systems.
  • Develop and refresh engagement, listening and retention strategies' policies, toolkits, trainings and guidance for employees, managers, and senior leaders.
  • Craft creative communications, campaigns, content, and collateral that drive excitement around Employee Engagement and Culture.
  • Keep current on performance, engagement, inclusion and retention best practices, updates, and trends and integrate as appropriate.
  • Stay current on research and best practices, summarizing findings and recommendations for evolving current processes and practices.
  • Focus on high turnover sites and provides ideas and participates in team building activities.
  • Partners closely with the Marketing & Communications team to plan, develop, manage, and implement content and strategy related to engagement and retention.

Position qualifications:


  • The High School Diploma or GED required. Bachelor's Degree in related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in Human Resources role (i.e., recruiting, onboarding or generalist).
  • Experience working with HRIS and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Experience in data analysis and project management, specifically related to engagement and retention preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with people across functions, and levels of the organization
  • Strong organizational and program management skills with exceptional attention to detail and strong design instincts
  • Adaptable, willing, and able to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines.
  • Highly motivated selfstarter who takes initiative.
  • Proficient skills in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
