• Perform bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial transactions
• Process payroll and maintain employee records
• Conduct account analysis and reconcile discrepancies
• Assist with tax preparation and filing
• Handle governmental accounting tasks, such as tracking grants and contracts
• Conduct general ledger reconciliation to ensure accuracy of financial statements
• Assist with clerical tasks related to bookkeeping, such as data entry and filing
• Provide support for audits and financial reviews
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure proper financial reporting

• Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
• Proficiency in using bookkeeping software and MS Office Suite
• Experience with accounts payable and receivable processes
• Familiarity with general ledger accounting and reconciliation
• Knowledge of technical accounting procedures and regulations
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial information
