    Description

    MIMS GROUP Leadership Opportunity

    MIMS GROUP is seeking a passionate leader to join our team and make a difference. With over a century of experience, we are industry pioneers who value purpose-driven individuals.

    Responsibilities:

    • Service existing client base
    • Identify new business prospects (B2B)
    • Supervise team activities and outcomes
    • Train and mentor new team members
    • Provide daily field activity reports using Salesforce-based CRM
    • Focus on recruitment, training, and leadership development daily

    Requirements:

    • Exceptional organizational and attention to detail skills
    • Proven time management abilities and meeting deadlines
    • Strong supervisory and leadership qualities
    • Capability to prioritize tasks and delegate when necessary
    • Function effectively in a fast-paced and occasionally stressful setting
    • Passion for assisting people and building connections
    • Prior experience in sales or customer service
    • Self-driven with a goal-oriented mindset
    • Community involvement desire
    • Familiarity with CRMs (Salesforce knowledge preferred)

    Licensing Requirements:

    Valid driver's license and eligibility to work in the U.S. are mandatory. Applicants must have a clean background and personal transportation. A 45-day assessment period is required before progression.
