We are looking for a professional, organized and detailed oriented administrative assistant with excellent customer service skills to join our administrative team.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to, the following:
- General office administrative support for all accounting staff and partners
- Tax Return processing
- Financial Statement processing
- Billing and collections through the preparation and processing of invoices and statements
- New Client setup/database maintenance
- Log in/log out Firm engagements & projects
- Scanning/filing
- Phone coverage support/receptionist/customer service
