    Description

    Job Title: Construction Project Manager

    Salary: $160k (negotiable) + bonus

    Location: Sarasota FL

    Industry: Multi Dwelling Unit

    We have a fantastic opportunity at a local long standing, reputable turnkey contractor. Based near the beach, it's a great location and to join a company that focuses on personal growth with even better rewards.

    They are looking for a sales driven candidate whose based in Florida. Someone who knows the market and come in and hit the ground running. This is a hands on role, leading the superintendents.

    You will be constructing for both commercial and residential multifamily properties. Having experience working with property managers and subcontractors is crucial.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Lead multiple projects from preconstruction to completion
    • Handle CapEx projects from $100K-$1M
    • Present preconstruction phases, addressing challenges and solutions
    • Assist with various project types and delivery methods
    • Create and maintain an estimating database

    Experience:

    • 5 years experience estimating in multi-family projects
    • Procore (strongly preferred)
    • Working with property managers and subcontractors
    • Project Management experience
