Job Summary:
Responsibilities include:
- Keeping financial records updated, preparing reports, and reconciling bank statements with the treasurer.
- Bookkeeping software to process business transactions in Accounts Payables and Receivables
- Attending Finance Committee meetings
- Coordinating payroll and all filings for employees
- Filing the federal and state tax payments and forms for QLCA with the Treasurer
- Balancing the checking account and perform monthly closing with the Treasurer
- Alerting the Treasurer of errors / inconsistencies prior to month end
- Providing financial data to the Treasurer monthly
- Providing support for annual review / audit
- Cross training with Office Manager for backup support
- Assisting the Office Manager and Treasurer with additional duties as needed

Duties:
- Assist with general ledger accounting tasks
- Assist account reconciliation and analysis
- Support in balance sheet reconciliation
- Help with budgeting and payroll activities
- Provide administrative support as needed
Requirements:
- Proven experience in accounting or related field
- Proficiency in accounting principles and practices
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
