Monday-Friday

6AM-6:30PM

  • MUST be flexible to work Saturdays when needed

Summary:


  • Responsible for coordinating tanker loads with production and existing water inventories
  • SAP Purchasing and Receiving
  • Testing parameters - annuals, FDA quarterly, all state and local requirements
  • Trained HAACP Mgr., must be able to write and implement procedures as required
  • Certified SQF practitioner
  • Must be able to operate and test with all types of specialty meters to test turbidity, fluoride, sodium, and PH levels
  • Must have ability to lead others effectively to maintain all regulatory, company, supplier, and customer requirements
  • Responsible for quality of labels, caps, bottles, boxes, code dates, and general condition of product prior to shipping
  • Initiate action to correct food safety and quality issues
  • It is the operators responsibility to report any food safety and food quality issues to personnel with authority to initiate action
  • Perform other duties as assigned
