- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance required. MBA preferred. Additional experience will be considered in lieu of degree.
- Five (5) years of demonstrated Finance and Accounting leadership required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with emphasis on Excel, required.
- Sage Intaact experience or a related ERP system preferred.
- Project Management experience a plus.
- Proven experience implementing and monitoring internal control policies and procedures.
- Ability to adapt to the work and environment of a small company that is growing and acquiring, with varying cultures.
- Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced setting.
- Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines required.
