Description

We are looking for reinforcements for our SuccessFactors team. As part of Corporate Human Relations (HR), the Global HR IT & Processes unit is the central driving force for the digitization of the HR function. As a center of competence and think tank for innovative and global HR solutions, we make a valuable contribution to increasing the efficiency of HR processes, ensuring a state-of-the-art user experience, and driving the future-proof development of the HR IT system landscape. Join our HR IT team as a Global Solution Owner SAP SuccessFactors m/f/d and bring your expertise to us.

Responsibilities:

  • You will lead global rollouts in terms of design and technical solution of SuccessFactors modules
  • As a solution owner m/f/d, you will advise functional leads, specify functional extensions, and implement them technically in the system
  • You will accompany the global technical implementation in cooperation with external service providers
  • You will be responsible for integration, testing, and error management and act as a link m/f/d for the global competence center (run & support)
  • Finally, you will ensure that individual SuccessFactors modules contribute to a positive customer experience as an integrated solution in conjunction with other SuccessFactors modules
