Job Duties
The primary responsibility will include:
Investigating and producing comprehensive reports regarding complaints against students, faculty or staff
Investigating and interviewing parties and witnesses, collecting evidence, and drafting high quality investigation reports within established timelines
Collaborating with key university designees throughout the investigative process and conducting legally sufficient investigations through findings
Meeting established timelines and treating all constituents engaged in conflict process with sensitivity and neutrality

Requested Minimum Qualifications

Education

Experience
At least three (3) years of experience in conducting investigations, discrimination, or employee relations complaints.
