Experience:

Minimum of two (2) years clinical experience in a supervisory role in a long term care facility is preferred.
Valid Registered Nurse (RN) License
Knowledge of longterm care regulations preferred

Duties and Responsibilities

Partner with the Director of Nursing and Medical Director to provide hands on training for our nursing team.
Implement and monitor policies and procedure of the facility through various methods including hands on training
Own accountability for decreasing the incidence and transmission of infectious diseases between residents, staff, visitors and the community
Ensure that all monthly nursing education is completed by staff and help orient new employees
