If working a Front Desk, the guard must maintain order at the front desk and conduct all Front Desk duties that has been set forth by Property Management and 1st Class Security Services

Be respectful to Property Management and Managers/Supervisors of 1st Class Security Services

Adhere to all 1st Class Security Services and Site Standard Operating Procedures:

• Remain in compliance with local, state and federal regulations
• Immediately respond to emergencies to provide necessary assistance to persons in need.
• Protect the Clients assets relative to theft, assault, fire and other safety issues
• Follow procedures for various initiatives, including fire prevention, property patrol, traffic control, accident investigations, etc
• Provide clear concise communication to 1st Class Security Services and Property Management
• Must be a quick thinker and be able to handle issues quickly and safely
• Write Daily Activity Sheets and Write Incident Reports when necessary.
• Notify 1st Class Security Services Site Supervisor and Property Management of any emergencies and noteworthy incidents that may have taken place onsite.

- (If Required) Conduct Foot and/or Vehicle Patrol Rounds throughout the property using Guard Patrol Touring System


Unarmed Security

• 21+ years of age
• Read & Write the English Language
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Capable of following complex instructions
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to Multitask
• Knowledge of security operations and procedures
