What will you do?

  • Provide hardware/software support services to onsite client including break/fix
  • Implement virus detection and eradication procedures
  • Diagnose enduser system failures and implement repair solutions
  • Diagnose printer and other peripheral devise failures and implement repair solutions
  • Troubleshoot network devices in order to ensure connectivity from the PC to the Network
  • Provide hardware/software support services to onsite client including break/fix

What do you need to succeed?

  • 2+ years corporate desk side support experience with strong emphasis supporting Windows 7 and Windows 10
  • Experience troubleshooting and replacing hardware on HP PCs
  • Experience using Active Directory
  • Experience supporting Microsoft Office 36
  • Experience troubleshooting wireless connectivity issues
  • Quality Customer Service skills
  • VPN experience.
  • Experience with hardware printer support
  • Experience with Symantec productions including Endpoint Protection, Bitlocker, SCCM, and RDP

Job Requirements:


  • This position is to support PMI's IQOS expansion in Austin, TX.
  • Intune device management and Autopilot imaging experience required.
  • Inventory management experience required (ServiceNow experience preferred)
  • Printer installation/troubleshooting experience a must.

Pay:
$ $35.00 per hour
