WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

  • Processing of offers and orders
  • Creation of shipments for our subsidiary in Singapore, serving Southeast Asian customers
  • Handling of delivery backlogs and complaints
  • Management of assigned customer base
  • Monitoring of receivables and credit limits
  • Support of the Managing Director and Area Sales Managers (m/f/d) in administrative tasks (annual financial statements, bonus agreements, credit limits, etc.)
  • Assistance with testing in the SAP system

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING:

  • Successfully completed vocational training as an industrial clerk (m/f/d), wholesale and foreign trade clerk (m/f/d) or equivalent
  • Professional experience in sales support within a trading company desirable
  • First experience in the automotive aftermarket advantageous
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Experience with SAP R3 / S4HANA advantageous
  • Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
  • Customeroriented, structured and independent way of working
  • High level of commitment and reliability
  • Enjoy working in a team
