Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications

Ability to understand and follow procedures;
Able to quickly assess information and take appropriate actions to keep process flowing
Strong data entry skills
Strong communication
Comfort with fast changing work priorities and multitasking.
Business acumen to include a working knowledge and understanding of invoice documents, equipment specifications and operational functions required to provide sound program support.
Aptitude for Microsoft Outlook Suite. Ability to work with excel sheets and to create and upload documents and files.
Requires attention to detail and analytical skill.
Three plus years experience supporting customer programs.
Energy Efficiency program experience.
Associates degree from an accredited college in a related discipline.
Professional presence with desire to improve processes and exceed program savings goals.
Bachelor's preferred.
Advanced Word skills;
Understands and has strong Excel skills
Demonstrated success in developing and maintaining customer, client, and vendor relationships with high level of satisfaction
Process improvement or Project Management experience
