Our company builds and maintains a software for real estate clients, who can quickly and securely manage their documents through our platform.


Your responsibilities will include:


  • Testing new features in the software and revising our internal documentation & testing the software (10%)
  • Participation in internal projects (e.g. collecting specific customer feedback, creating reports) (5%)

What you should bring:


  • Enjoyment of daily customer contact, a strong service orientation, and excellent communication skills in both German and English, both written and verbal
  • Quick comprehension, high willingness to learn, and structured, proactive action
  • Completed vocational training / degree or comparable professional experience (also open to beginners and career changers)
  • Proficient in using Office programs, especially Microsoft Excel
  • No fear of IT and software topics, and a passion for working with new technologies (we will train you well, we promise)
  • Enjoy working in a team we support each other in all matters and exchange ideas frequently
