    Description

    JOB REQUIREMENTS

    SUMMARY: We are looking for a meticulous individual to join us as a Demand Planner. In this role, you will handle the demand for our B2B customers and 3PL partners by forecasting, managing inventory, and ensuring order fulfillment.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Develop and maintain demand forecasts based on data and market trends.
    • Collaborate with teams to gather information for forecasting.
    • Analyze demand patterns and market trends.
    • Monitor forecast accuracy and key performance indicators.
    • Execute purchasing processes with suppliers, focusing on orders and invoices.
    • Maintain supplier delivery status and resolve discrepancies.
    • Work with procurement for optimal inventory levels.
    • Provide input for inventory priorities and manage warehouse transfers.
    • Support Suppliers with product information and orders.
    • Coordinate with production for manufacturing alignment.
    • Collaborate with 3PL partners for accurate forecasting and order fulfillment.
    • Identify and implement process improvements.
    • Stay updated on industry best practices in demand planning.

    KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS

    • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business, or related field (preferred).
    • Proven experience in demand planning within a B2B and 3PL environment.
    • Strong analytical skills for data analysis and insights.
    • Understanding of B2B e-commerce platforms.
    • Knowledge of forecasting methods.
    • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
    • Experience with ERP systems (a plus).
    • Attention to detail and organizational skills.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Punctuality and attendance.
