    Keeping healthcare healthy can be as fun as it is rewardingThe Service Desk Specialist position provides phone support for computer hardware and software, copiers, printers, faxes, and phone systems.

    ResponsibilitiesProvide first level support for resolution of client computer problems and requestsRecord all contact into ticketing systemMonitor incoming ticket queue and escalated/fix as neededMonitor systems and review system logs for problemsProvide desktop support for computer hardware and software remotelyProvide phone system support, including smart phone and tablet type devicesQualificationsExcellent customer relation's skills and good phone mannersPrioritize and manage time and requests efficientlyPC knowledge of hardware and softwareKnowledge of Windows operating systems and common Windows applicationsKnowledge of data networksAble to deal with stressful situations in a courteous and friendly mannerExcellent attention to detailKnowledge of voice and data systemsHigh school diploma or equivalentExperience supporting PC hardware & software1-2 years of experience working on an information systems helpdeskInteract with clients, team members, and other employees in a courteous, respectful, and business-like mannerAbility to manage multiple tasks at one timeAble to assess and understand needs and problems and follow up on these in a timely mannerWe believe in fair compensation for all of our people, which is why our pay structure takes into account the cost of labor across U.S.

    geographic markets.

    For this position, we offer a pay range of $41,200 $99,900 annually, with pay varying depending on work location and job-related factors such as knowledge, position level and experience.

    During the hiring process, your recruiter can provide more information about the specific salary range for the job location.

    CHG Healthcare offers starting salaries for sales positions in the form of total target compensation (TTC = base + commission + bonus), which includes base pay, commission, and bonuses.

    Sales positions receive short-term incentives through commission plans and bonuses.

    On the other hand, non-sales positions have starting salaries that consist of a base salary and short-term incentives through various bonus plans, which are paid out monthly, quarterly, or annually.
