    Human Resources SpecialistJob SummaryThe Human Resources Specialist (HRS) is a key position in supporting HR functions across the organization and is responsible for updating and administering company policies, overseeing recruiting and hiring functions, and managing employee records and engagement.

    The HRS will oversee and manage a team of admin support personnel assigned to various functions in the department.

    This position will work closely with the Director to ensure that The Company remains compliant with applicable rules and regulations in addition to adhering to industry best practices.

    ResponsibilitiesOversee corporate HR policy administration.
    Manage HR administrative staff.
    Coordinate with a variety of individuals both inside and outside the organization.
    Facilitate/Assist HR investigations.
    Cross-train with Benefits and Payroll Specialists.
    Act as a key point of contact for both internal and external matters.
    Manage day-to-day employee engagement.
    Assist with HR audit preparation.
    Solve problems and coordinate solutions with multiple sources.
    Assist with HR compliance activities.
    Adhere to strict policy and procedures per company and OSHA requirements.
    Other duties as assigned.
    Required QualificationsHigh school graduate or GED equivalentMinimum of 3 years related experienceExperienced in Microsoft Office SuitePreferred QualificationsHR investigations experienceDOL statistics experience#J-18808-Ljbffr
