Lead a dedicated and experienced team of ~20 in Sales, Service, Support and Parts
Direct Hire role, generous base compensation, range of $90,000 – $100,000 plus generous variable compensation / bonus; commensurate with experience

DO YOU ALIGN WITH THESE KEY QUALIFICATIONS?

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field; preferred
5+ years of proven experience in a sales focused environment
5+ years of service and support experience
Passionate about Operational Effectiveness, Culture & Team development, and Process discipline
Familiar with John Deere and competitive Agricultural and large equipment

Grow customer market share through strong customer connections
Develop and implement plans to drive both new business and aftermarket business
Create a positive culture to develop a high performing team
Lead and recruit top talent for succession planning
