    We are working with a fast pased, growing Pharmaceutical business based in Mid-Town NYC.

    This role reports to the HR Director and sits within a HR Team of 4. It is a broad, generalist HR role and will suit candidates who enjoy touching all elements the people agenda.

    The successful candidate will be comfortable delivering across a broad HR remit including Talent Aquisition, Employee Relations, Compensation, Benefits and Payroll. Candidates with HR experience in Life-Sciences or other high growth sectors will be preferred.

    Please note, this business operates on a hybrid working model. 3 days a week in the office.

    Oakleaf Partnership is working with a fast growing, FDA approved pharmaceutical business to find their next HR Manager.

    This role will join a small yet ambitious HR function and will touch on all elements of HR. This role will suite a true HR generalist who has a passion for driving business growth and enjoys a broad remit.

    Reporting into the HR Director, this role will include ER, Payroll, HR Analytics, Leadership Development and Talent Acquisition.
