- Graduate of an accredited school of pharmacy with an entry-level pharmacy degree (B.Sc. or Pharm.
- Pennsylvania pharmacist licensure in good standing (or eligibility for licensure)
- Prior experience in an acute care hospital or healthcare system preferred
- Ability to work rotating day & evening shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Completion of an ASHP-accredited residency desirable but not required

Position Summary:
Responsible to actively coordinate, on a day-to-day basis, the provision of high quality, comprehensive pharmaceutical care to the patients of the Redeemer Health (Redeemer Health), in compliance with legal, regulatory and professional standards.
