• Interact with members and guests in a congenial and professional manner.
• Maintain a pleasant and professional telephone manner at all times.
• Assist the Head Golf Professional with all golf shop activities and outside service operations.
• Ensure that members and guests receive outstanding customer service.
• Organize and implement golf events, tournaments, outings, and leagues.
• Manage tee times effectively.
• Develop and implement merchandising strategies to improve the club's products.
• Develop and implement golf programs to improve the club's products.

• Class A PGA or associate member
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience in a golf course pro shop management role or related field.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Knowledge of golf equipment and merchandise.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
