Responsibilities

You will be responsible for telephone customer service for existing customers and developing customer relationships
You will receive customer inquiries and create quotes according to customer requests and templates
You will closely coordinate with subject matter experts regarding the content of offers
You will also be responsible for documentation and maintaining customer data in our IT systems

Qualifications

Commercial training in sales, marketing, office management, administration, further education as a specialist (IHK, HWK) or comparable qualification
First professional experience in customer service and order processing
Proficient in MS Office 36
High level of customer service orientation and enjoyment of telephone customer contact
Teamwork and structured work style
