    What We Need

    We are looking for a Mid-Level Salesforce (SFDC) Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in the administration, configuration, and optimization of our Salesforce platform with a focus on delivering exceptional user experiences. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure the effective utilization of Salesforce to support our business objectives. You will work within the Revenue Operations team and work closely with our Senior Salesforce Administrator who has more than a decade of experience developing best-in-class Salesforce instances.


    What You'll Do

    • Assist in the day-to-day maintenance of the platform, while problem-solving to enhance the solution as the business grows and evolves.
    • Collaborate with multiple departments in gathering requirements for customizations and enhancements to the platform.
    • Manage user permissions, roles, profiles, and groups within Salesforce, ensuring a secure and efficient user experience.
    • Configure and customize Salesforce objects, fields, layouts, and record types to optimize user workflows and interface design.
    • Design and implement intuitive user interfaces leveraging Salesforce Lightning Experience to enhance user productivity and satisfaction.
    • Develop and maintain user-friendly reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights for various stakeholders.
    • Implement best practice user experience principles and design patterns to enhance usability and accessibility across Salesforce applications (CRM, CPQ, Service Desk, Cadences, etc.)
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions that align with user needs and business objectives.
    • Assist in the implementation of new Salesforce features and functionalities, evaluating their impact on user experience and providing recommendations for improvement.
    • Conduct regular user training sessions and provide ongoing support to ensure effective adoption of Salesforce best practices.
    • Stay current with Salesforce platform updates, trends, and best practices related to user experience and user interface design.

    Requirements

    • Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
    • 3+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator, at an organization that utilizes multiple Salesforce applications.
    • Salesforce Administrator (ADM201) certification required; additional certifications such as Advanced Administrator (ADM211) or Salesforce Consultant (Sales/Service Cloud) preferred.
    • Proficiency in Salesforce declarative tools (Process Builder, Flow Builder, etc.) and understanding of Salesforce data model and standard objects.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions that prioritize user experience.
    • Experience with user interface design principles and layout best practices
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, gathering real-time feedback from Sales, Customer Success, Business Development and Channel teams.
    • Experience with data migration, data management, and integration tools is a plus.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities.
