Responsibilities:


Internship opportunity within the Customer Services department of Passenger Cars Region Europe (MS/EC) supporting the Service Contract team in Waverly, GA.

The internship will begin in June 2023 at the Office V building in Stuttgart Vaihingen.

About the department...
Passenger Cars Region Europe is responsible for the Sales and Customer Services business for 18 European markets. Our goal is to be the leading region for sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction. To achieve this, we need dedicated and proactive staff to support the Customer Services Operations (MS/ECO) team.


You will be joining a team of international experts who work to maintain a high level of quality and implement best practices across the Region.


Your tasks will include...

  • Assisting with the development of marketing materials for the Customer Services department
  • Participating in marketing briefings and coordinating with external agencies
  • Supporting the implementation of developed materials in various markets
  • Assisting with a new eCommerce strategy and active marketing campaigns
  • Participating in the implementation of trainings to support our dealer network's Service Contract/ISP knowledge
  • Managing the Service Contracts Social Intranet page
  • Creating presentations and materials to support the Customer Services Operations Team
  • Assisting in the organization of meetings, workshops, and team events
  • Completing adhoc assignments and tasks to support ongoing business activities in the Customer Services department

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree or currently enrolled
