    What you will be doing:

    • Design and maintain infrastructure as code (IaC) solutions for mobile app deployment, monitoring, and performance optimization across multiple platforms (iOS and Android).
    • Collaborate with development teams to integrate DevOps tools, processes, and best practices into the mobile app development lifecycle, from code commits to production deployments.
    • Define and enforce mobile app security practices, including code scanning, vulnerability assessments, and secure configurations for mobile platforms and cloud services.
    • Implement and manage cloud-based solutions (e.g., AWS, Azure, Private Cloud) for mobile app hosting, data storage, and backend services, ensuring scalability, reliability, and cost efficiency.
    • Lead the adoption of containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) for mobile app environments, enabling consistent deployment and orchestration across development, testing, and production stages.
    • Establish and monitor key performance metrics, logs, and analytics for mobile apps, providing insights for continuous improvement in app quality, user experience, and resource utilization.
    • Collaborate with QA teams to automate mobile app testing processes, including unit tests, integration tests, and end-to-end tests, within CI/CD pipelines for faster feedback and quality assurance.
    • Lead incident response and troubleshooting efforts for mobile app-related issues in production, working closely with development teams to implement timely and effective resolutions.
    • Mentor and coach junior DevOps engineers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and collaboration within the DevOps practice.
    • Stay updated with industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in mobile app DevOps, and evaluate their applicability to improve development processes and infrastructure.
    • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including development teams, product managers, and IT operations, to align DevOps initiatives with business goals, timelines, and priorities.
    What you will need:

    • Strong experience in implementing DevOps practices, automation, and infrastructure management specifically for mobile app development environments.
    • Proficiency in CI/CD pipeline setup and maintenance using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or Azure DevOps, with a focus on mobile app build, test, and deployment automation.
    • Knowledge of mobile app development frameworks (e.g., React Native, Ionic, native iOS/Android) and experience in integrating DevOps tools and processes into these environments.
    • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Private Cloud, including services related to app hosting, data storage, serverless computing, and monitoring.
    • Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes for managing mobile app deployments at scale.
    • Understanding of mobile app security best practices, encryption standards, and secure coding guidelines for iOS and Android platforms.
    • Experience in implementing security scans, vulnerability assessments, and compliance checks within CI/CD pipelines for mobile apps.

    • Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Bash, Python) for automation tasks related to infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, and deployment workflows.
    • Experience with mobile app testing automation frameworks/tools (e.g., Appium, XCTest, Espresso) and integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
    • Ability to set up and manage monitoring, logging, and analytics solutions for mobile apps, utilizing tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, or native cloud monitoring services.
    • Proven track record of leading DevOps initiatives, managing infrastructure projects, and driving continuous improvement in development processes and tools.
    • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including developers, QA engineers, product managers, and IT operations.
    • Experience in mentoring and coaching junior DevOps engineers, conducting knowledge sharing sessions, and fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation within the DevOps team.
