    A well established GC out of Gaithersburg, Maryland is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to work on healthcare, commercial, and retail projects in the DC metro area.

    Typical projects range from $1M - $10M+. Founded in 1993, our client is a leading full-service General Contractor/Construction Manager based out of Gaithersburg, Maryland.

    With a wealth of experience, our client specializes in providing comprehensive design-build services, interior build-outs, total building renovations, new construction, and routine building maintenance.

    Our client's portfolio encompasses a diverse range of projects, including car dealerships, hospitality establishments, office interiors, medical facilities, and retail spaces.

    Estimate project costs accurately and efficiently.
    Oversee all aspects of project management from inception to completion.
    Supervise and mentor an Assistant Project Manager.
    Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure project objectives are met.
    Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to ensure timely completion of tasks.
    Ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and regulations.
    Manage project budgets and timelines effectively.
    Utilize software tools such as Procore, Microsoft Office, and Sage for project management tasks.
    Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
    Minimum of 5+ years of experience in construction project management.
    Proficiency in commercial interiors construction; healthcare and new construction experience is a plus.
    Strong estimating skills and ability to manage project budgets effectively.
    Familiarity with project management software such as Procore, Microsoft Office, and Sage.
