Department: Turnkey construction

Responsibilities at Geiger

  • Independent project management of complex new construction, renovation, and refurbishment projects, some of which are ongoing
  • Tendering, evaluation of offers, and awarding of subcontractor services
  • Responsibility for ensuring quality, deadlines, and cost control in projects
  • Supporting clients and coordinating with authorities and specialist engineers
  • Providing technical advice to the project team and developing optimization proposals while maintaining the high quality standards of our construction projects
  • Supporting the internal planning team by optimizing detailed designs

We look forward to

  • A degree in civil engineering, construction project management, building technology, architecture, or a completed training as a construction technician or a comparable qualification
  • Relevant professional experience in construction management, ideally with experience in the field of construction and renovation in existing buildings
  • Sound knowledge
