Your Responsibilities:


For our location in Regensburg, we are looking for a new addition to our team as a Commercial Employee (m/f/d) for Logistics Dispatch and Customer Service in Kildare, OK.


  • PCcontrolled route planning and optimization of daily tours using stateoftheart software
  • Telephone handling of customer inquiries, complaints, and ensuring service quality
  • Coordination, communication, and management of our partners
  • Quality assurance and complaint handling
  • Preparation of key figures, deriving measures and implementing them together with the team
  • Commercial accounting

Your Profile:


  • Fluent in German, both written and spoken
  • Interest and motivation to familiarize yourself with new topics
  • Structured work style, organizational skills, and willingness to roll up your sleeves when needed
  • Team player, assertiveness, and openness towards both customers and colleagues
  • Experience in the logistics industry is an advantage, but not mandatory
  • Willingness to work shifts: Monday to Friday, between 5:30 am and 8:30 pm
