    Job Summary:

    Dexian is seeking a Product Risk & Compliance Analyst for an opportunity with a client located in Minneapolis, MN

    Responsibilities:

    • Establishes and maintains appropriate systems of risk management and internal controls to support audit and compliance requirements and requests
    • Utilizes appropriate systems for tracking Issues (including audit results, self-identified issues, risk extensions, etc.) through the remediation process
    • Engineers process workflows and solutions during remediation efforts with stakeholders
    • Works with the First Line of Defense to map and test high-risk processes
    • Works with appropriate Subject Matter Experts to interpret policy and procedure changes, updates corresponding Product policies and procedures, establishes appropriate limits or exceptions and tracks the work through completion
    • Works with the business line to establish monitoring and reporting systems to ensure risks are appropriately identified, understood, measured, monitored, and controlled
    • Identify/research identified opportunities for connection between risk assessment methodologies; implement enhancement opportunities identified
    • identify opportunities to enhance visibility of Financial Crimes Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) ratings/output (including Operating Committee presentation materials)
    • research value of expanding Enterprise Compliance Risk Assessment (ECRA) heatmap meetings with CROs to include Financial Crimes (FC) RCSA/Enterprise Financial Crimes Compliance Risk Assessment RA (EFCC RA) results

    Requirements:

    • A minimum of 10 years of experience in Compliance roles in financial institutions, with demonstrated knowledge of regulatory requirements
    • A minimum of three years in compliance risk assessment
    • Strong knowledge of Archer applications, especially risk assessment modules (bonus: ServiceNow application knowledge)
    • Experience writing compliance procedures, desktop guides
    • Deep knowledge of controls, with experience in control design and control effectiveness evaluation
    • Strong collaborative, servant leader competencies
    • Strong detail orientation, with follow-through of items to full resolution
    • Effective at successfully managing multiple concurrent priorities and deliverables
    • Advanced written and verbal communication skills
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; action-oriented; proactive
    • Considerable understanding of compliance and financial crimes laws, rules, regulations
    • Certifications such as CPA, CCEP, CIA, CFE are preferred, but not required
    • Ability to work collaboratively with the business line and Risk/Compliance/Audit professionals across the organization
    • Knowledge of Risk/Audit/Compliance competencies
    • Strong process facilitation, project management and organizational skills
    • Strong analytical skills and effective oral and written communication skills
    • Business acumen and credibility to help business line(s) proactively identify and address change
    • PC literacy in word processing, spreadsheets, and presentations
    • Understanding of applicable laws, regulations, financial services, and regulatory trends is preferred, but not required
