YOUR TASKS:
- Repair and installation of hardware at customer sites nationwide, with a focus on NRW
- Diagnostics and troubleshooting for storage and server systems (both hardware and software)
- Planning and providing remote support for updates and configuration adjustments
- Recording and managing tickets in a 24/7 shift operation
- Coordinating the deployment of technicians
YOUR PROFILE:
- Completed technical training
- Passion for IT and a desire to learn
- Strong communication skills, dedication, and teamwork
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Good command of spoken and written English
