YOUR TASKS:


  • Repair and installation of hardware at customer sites nationwide, with a focus on NRW
  • Diagnostics and troubleshooting for storage and server systems (both hardware and software)
  • Planning and providing remote support for updates and configuration adjustments
  • Recording and managing tickets in a 24/7 shift operation
  • Coordinating the deployment of technicians

YOUR PROFILE:


  • Completed technical training
  • Passion for IT and a desire to learn
  • Strong communication skills, dedication, and teamwork
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Good command of spoken and written English
