Repair and installation of hardware at customer sites nationwide, with a focus on NRW
Diagnostics and troubleshooting for storage and server systems (both hardware and software)
Planning and providing remote support for updates and configuration adjustments
Recording and managing tickets in a 24/7 shift operation
Coordinating the deployment of technicians

YOUR PROFILE:

Completed technical training
Passion for IT and a desire to learn
Strong communication skills, dedication, and teamwork
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Good command of spoken and written English
