You're Excited About US Because You Will...

  • Oversee, manage, and conduct all trainingrelated programs, initiatives, communication, and activities for all Hotel operations departments
  • Develop and rollout training programs, as needed, with a focus on and improve guest service and loyalty
  • Drive service scores by ensuring staff provides continuous outstanding 5 diamond service
  • Assist with orientations and other training
  • Facilitate and manage leadership development courses and programs
