Job Summary:
We are currently seeking compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in Queens, NY.

This position offers both full-time and part-time opportunities for individuals looking to make a difference in the lives of our clients.

Responsibilities:

Provide personal care assistance to clients based on their individual care plans.
Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
Administer medications as prescribed, following proper protocols and guidelines.
Monitor clients' health status, record vital signs, and report any changes or concerns to the supervising nurse.
Prepare and serve meals according to clients' dietary needs.
Offer companionship and emotional support, creating a positive and caring environment.
Maintain accurate documentation of services provided and observations made during each shift.

Requirements:

Valid certification as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Previous experience as an LPN or similar role, preferably in a home care setting.
Demonstrated ability to provide compassionate care and establish rapport with clients.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and follow instructions accurately.
Must be available for a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
