Description

Norwix Inc, a global leader in the development, manufacture and sales of industrial printing equipment is looking for Bookkeeper to join our team.

The bookkeeper will assist the CFO in maintaining accurate financial records, performing various bookkeeping tasks, and ensuring compliance with accounting regulations.

Norwix is in search of an individual who possesses a keen eye for detail, a self-driven attitude, and the capability to work autonomously.

• Process incoming accounts receivable payments
• Process vendor payments and vouchering
• Process weekly payroll
• Daily reporting on cash position and sales volume
• Reconciliation of credit card
• Daily reconciliation of bank balance
• Prepare documentation for External Auditors
• Reconcile accounts monthly to ensure accurate reporting and ledger maintenance
• Prepare and file sales/use tax returns

• Previous bookkeeping experience
• Strong mathematical and analytical skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Experience with ERP Systems
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Must be capable of independent work
