We are currently seeking a proactive and meticulous Financial Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage all billing operations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in invoicing.
Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to minimize financial risks.
Monitor financial transactions and reports to track and manage expenses.
Implement effective strategies to handle late payments, including setting up additional fees for overdue invoices.
Maintain vigilant oversight of all financial aspects of the company to prevent any potential leakage of funds.
Keep detailed records of client payments and follow up on outstanding accounts.
Prepare regular financial reports for management review.

Requirements:

Proven experience in financial management or a similar role.
Strong understanding of billing and financial procedures.
Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
Analytical mind with good problemsolving skills.
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficient in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
