Office Assistant


Duties:


  • Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings
  • Assist with proofreading and editing documents
  • Maintain and organize office files and records
  • Provide support in project coordination and management
  • Assist with event planning and coordination
  • Handle basic bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks
  • Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
  • Assist with medical office or dental office administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:


  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience as an office assistant or in a similar role preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Knowledge of QuickBooks or other accounting software is a plus
  • Familiarity with medical or dental office procedures is a plus

Pay:
$ $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Experience:


  • Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
