Catholic Eldercare is a community of residential facilities in Northeast Minneapolis providing a range of services including assisted living, independent living, skilled nursing, memory care, and adult day services.
Role Responsibilities:
The LPN plays a crucial role in meeting resident needs, following care plans, observing resident status, and responding to changes. They also oversee shift routines and provide guidance to unlicensed staff.
