We are seeking a
Dental Front Office Coordinator with a passion for great customer service, to round out our fabulous team

  • Have the ability to multitask
  • Have a strong understanding of dental terminology, procedures, and dental insurance

Schedule:

We are looking for a full-time employee working 40 hours a week, and NO WEEKENDS The proposed schedule would be as follows:


  • Monday
  • Friday schedule. Exact hours to be set by office TBD.

Responsibilities:

The Front Office Coordinator II should

  • Meet and greet patients with enthusiasm and kindness is our number one priority
  • Demonstrate understanding of insurance benefits and dental claim processing
  • Demonstrate understanding of dental codes and procedures
  • Manage patient documents and records
  • Process and complete claim forms
  • Engage and foster strong patient relationships through a positive experience
  • Discuss treatment and financial arrangements with patients
  • Schedule appointments and help develop productive schedules
  • Demonstrate proper phone etiquette
  • Participates and contributes to a positive work environment

Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of experience working in similar roles
  • Experience with Dentrix is a plus but not required
  • Strong knowledge of Dental operations
  • Strong technical expertise in dental insurance benefits
  • Must possess a strong desire to meet performance standards.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required
